After reviewing your order, it was placed on Friday, April 17th at 11:28 AM. Tracking information was provided to you the same day at 11:53 AM. Our shipping policy states that orders ship the next business day based on our processing schedule. Because the order was placed on a Friday, the next business day was Monday, April 20th, which is when your package was shipped.
Tracking shows the package was received by UPS at 11:13 AM on April 20th.
Once a package is accepted by UPS, the in-transit delivery timeline, carrier scans, and final delivery timing are managed by UPS and are outside of our direct control. That said, we understand it is frustrating when a package takes longer than expected, and weโre sorry for the inconvenience.
